電話一直有私人號碼打來

小弟的朋友最近常有私人號碼(無顯示號碼)打來

但是都只響一聲，所以都沒接到

幾乎是連續打10~20多通，然後隔幾天重複發生

然後用whoscall這個app, 發現有一個奇怪的地方

原本手機的通話紀錄是看不到號碼

但是在whoscall裡面有幾通變成顯示號碼，有些還是顯示私人號碼

然後回撥看到的號碼，結果都是傳真機的聲音

另外看號碼的開頭，有台南、南投、高雄....

另外看得到的號碼，連續撥打的幾乎都是末碼改變，不是同一隻號碼

所以封鎖也無用，更不用說私人號碼封鎖問題

請問這種情形有辦法解決嗎??

我有上網查詢"回撥傳真機的騷擾電話"

有的是說二手號碼，新辦號碼之前有人用過的問題

但我朋友這個號碼已經使用4-5年了，是最近這1-2星期才開始遇到這種電話

所以上來發問這種情況該怎麼處理，是否有人有相關經驗?

打去電信客服友辦法處理嗎? 以及該怎麼敘述問題點呢?

或是處理的方式為何??

請教各位了!!
