VITA手機維修問題

去年2012年9月在通訊行攜碼換了一支VITA DOUBLE 1手機,沒多久聽筒故障送修,重灌系統約一個多星期拿到。這次聽筒又故障(沒聲音)2/25送修原通訊行,到今天還沒拿到,期間去電2次詢問都還沒好,昨天請店員直接問原廠(之前店員問維修部無法得知修復時間),店員回覆要下星期四3/14才能拿到。
當初店員介紹此品牌是台灣的公司,雖在大陸生產服務應不會太差,但這次只是一個聽筒問題要搞三個星期,真是無言亦無奈！不知用過這品牌的人是否有碰到產品及售後服務不佳問題？買不到半年手機問題多多,消費者有什麼要求的權益?煩請知道的網友教一下,謝謝!(贈送10點)
