中壢中平路商圈 恐步入歷史

全台15大徒步商圈之一的中壢市中平路商圈可能會消失！因居民不滿中平路假日變成徒步區，交通不便，提告要求撤銷徒步區。台北高等行政法院以中平路太寬、劃設徒步區前的問卷調查有做假之嫌，昨天判決撤銷徒步區。本案可上訴。

中壢市許姓居民提告指出，中平路面寬10公尺，屬於連接主要道路的次要道路，依法不能劃為徒步區；依市區道路及附屬工程設計標準，只有面寬2.8公尺以下的服務道路才能劃設徒步區。

其次，劃設徒步區的商家問卷調查，84家商店竟發出150份，有做假之嫌，不能作為劃設假日徒步區的客觀參考資料。2012年9月，桃園縣府公告中平路自和平街到延平路劃設為假日徒步區，外來車輛常誤闖徒步區，人車混雜，進退失序。

桃園縣政府反駁，縣府是道路主管機關，有權責衡量交通流量、人車安全及商業發展，做最佳安排。不過，台北高等行政法院審理認定許的主張有理，昨天判決桃園縣府違法劃設的徒步區必須撤銷。
