大家好 一般來說 麻豆就是給人有很偏僻 鄉下地方的印象... 像這樣的地方 在貸款上 是不是 不容易 貸高成數 低利率!? 小弟我 最近看了 位於麻豆的 預售屋 , 訂金也付了10萬 開始到loan 版發 房貸相關文章 收到的信 似乎是說 麻豆這邊 只能貸到7成五 利率可以到1.88~1.9 本來是希望 可以8成5 寬限一年 利率要小於2 ... 看樣子是很困難了?... - - 房貸若無法達到8成5 扣除掉 手邊要留應急的金錢 只剩30萬可以裝潢 -"- 那 可能也不想買了.... 想問一下 如果達到這個最壞的情形 10萬元訂金 可以拿回來嗎?
