房間發現不明黑色有殼小蟲子

最近房間出現很多奇怪的小蟲子
外型類似蟑螂，橢圓形有殼，沒有觸角，大小約0.5cm，棕黑色會飛
飛的不快，很容易抓到，捏死會噴一點組織液，但是很少量，也就是一般顏色
不時會出現在書桌上、電腦附近、牆壁上
本來以為是下水道或是垃圾桶爬出來，但是和以前遇過的蚊蟲不一樣
一天可以打死5~6隻，感覺打也打不完

希望能趁剛發現初期儘快解決
請告訴我這是什麼東西？以及解決辦法
不然住起來好恐怖!!QQ
