台北捷運發生隨機殺人重大刑案，造成社會人心惶惶，行政院長江宜樺今（30）日在主持行政院治安會報時表示，政府責無旁貸，必須展現應有作為，迅速恢復民眾對治安的信心。

江宜樺表示，在案件發生後，內政部、交通部及各相關地方政府已全面強化捷運站區及列車安全維護工作，在短期內增加警力維安勤務，並檢討各項緊急作業流程，務必要讓所有基層人員都能熟悉應變操作程序。

對於外界批評應變太慢的問題，江宜樺說，線上的巡邏警力、站務人員及醫護人員，在第一時間都必須做出正確快速的反應，他並要求內政部等相關單位督導所屬，建立標準作業流程，不僅是捷運系統，包括鐵路、高鐵、航空等其他大眾運輸或人潮眾多的公共場所，也都要納入辦理，並且要經常演練、落實。
