年度節電目標 政院設定1%

行政院會上午聽取「加強節能全民響應行動規畫辦理情形」專案報告，會中定出未來一年，全國節電目標為1%、也就是24.52億度，行政院長江宜樺指示能源局針對整體狀況再作檢討，提報下周行政院會中討論。過去政府對民眾節電的鼓勵措施都會繼續推動，但據了解，會中並未提出要以新措施，獎勵民眾節電。

下周，能源局報告除了針對上述專區，同時也將對政府各部門用電情況、能否更進一步節電等，提出進一步的想法；會中也責成經濟部能源局在網站上設立互動專區，增設雙向交流平台，讓民眾分享節電撇步，並研議是否要以獎品獎勵分享經驗者。至於企業節電，短期措施大多已再推動，中長期可能仰賴投注高成本進行設備汰換，是否要強制規範或鼓勵措施，將待能源會議凝聚共識。
