李昇基帶傷上工　左眼腫很大

韓國男星李昇基最近忙著拍攝韓劇《你們被包圍了》，日前在拍動作戲時不小心被道具刀刺傷左眼，但敬業的他為了不耽誤拍攝進度，昨已返回劇組拍攝。根據工作人員透露，儘管左眼仍不適，但李昇基非常堅持拍攝，所以帶傷上陣。
 
有民眾在醫院拍到李昇基穿著病服的照片，還以為是他就醫時的樣貌，其實他是為了劇情而穿上病服拍攝，不過他的傷勢尚未痊癒，可以看見他的左眼明顯浮腫，表情看起來也疼痛難耐，比平常略顯消瘦，臉色也較為蒼白，讓不少粉絲十分心疼。（羅雨函／綜合報導）
