因為直營店店頭太多...業務太多 以信義房屋來說，店頭名稱有掛天母的就有9間店頭 天母、天母東、天母西、天母美校、天母七段、天母蘭雅、天母芝山、天母球場、 天母忠誠...... 現在成交量不高，業績單月破百或年度破千都不難.. 最難的是每個月都有成交.... 沒有業績當然定委託... 現在直營店，只有分有業績跟沒業績的人... 沒業績的人通通入列一起檢核, 這時侯委託量就是檢核的標準.... 店長天天檢核行程，還要陪同行程... 這樣搞，你業務也只好常常來魯屋主簽天價委託... 簽一些庫存委託....以免被定.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.161.2.94 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1403669283.A.08F.html
