【動新聞】下士自轟　軍方卸責「有精神病」

海軍陸戰隊劉姓士官昨清晨在台東戍地站哨時以步槍自殺，軍方在出事後竟第一時間表示劉有精神疾病才自盡，意圖卸責。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，劉姓士官曾就診精神，雖未確診罹病，但情緒明顯出現問題，軍方卻違反國軍站哨規定讓他帶槍上哨，才發生這件憾事，軍方昨出事後第一時間還表示劉有精神疾病才自盡，意圖卸責。軍中人權組織抨擊軍方管理失當、滿口謊言，「農曆七月還沒到就見到鬼了！」（胡治言／綜合報導）
