通保法害命？警無法調通聯　老翁險喪命

新修正的「通訊保障及監察法」(通保法)在629上路至今未滿月，已造成緊急救難的障礙。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，有民眾抱怨，日前久病厭世的老父失聯，報案後因受限於新版通保法，他與警方只能土法煉鋼、地毯式搜索找人，從早上9點報案後，一直到晚上9點才在偏僻的農田發現已燒炭、吞下鎮定劑的老父，幸好緊急送醫後救回一命。

對此案例，立委黃偉哲痛批新版通保法讓警方綁手綁腳，將提案修法。
