臉書罵人　寫對方「暱稱」也有罪

有2位男子因政治立場不同，時常爭論。有天其中男子在臉書上寫下「綠頭蒼蠅、超愛爬糞」，另一位男子看到不甘示弱，也在臉書上寫下「腦殘、藍狗、無腦人」。結果2人互告，最後卻1人無罪、1人判拘役120天、賠償3萬元。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，法官認為，寫下「綠頭蒼蠅」的男子，沒有在臉書上指名道姓，但另一位男子反擊時，卻直接寫出對方暱稱罵「腦殘」，認定公然侮辱罪事實明確。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
