高雄氣爆／吳敦義：出車禍要怪原車主?

副總統吳敦義被爆「任內核准問題管線」，他今天親上火線回應，並舉例指出，難道車子轉手廿多年後出車禍，還要怪原車主？難道他當年幫高雄捷運爭取到四分之三補助款，後來的高捷貪腐、泰勞剝削事件也要他負責？

吳敦義表示，他相信檢方一定會查清責任歸屬，也絕對會配合調查。
