鑑於高雄氣爆 北市明防災演習

鑑於高雄市發生輸送丙烯地下管線外洩，引發氣爆意外，造成重大人命傷亡，台北市消防局配合市政府，明天上午將舉行「氣體與油料管線」災害防救演習，假定新湖一路191號附近人孔蓋有不明氣體外漏，從事故發生受理民眾報案，消防局、警察局及瓦斯公司初期應變，成立前進指揮所依標準作業程序，執行各項災害防救、人命搜救、緊急醫療、災區管制、緊急疏散及收容安置，驗證防救災運作機制以防範未然。
