實習醫學生時薪低 籲納入勞健保

實習醫學生工作超時、津貼及值班費低，醫師勞動條件改革小組表示，實習醫學生每月值七到八班，上完白班緊接值大小夜班，幫病患裝心電圖、換藥等，工作內容與住院醫師差不多，但值班時薪卻不到40元，甚至恐發生針扎、過勞等卻無保障，且未納勞健保，一年替各醫院省下約3000萬元費用。為保障權益，籲勞動部正式此問題，並要求醫院承認雇傭關係、納勞健保。
