飛鳥涼開庭認20年毒癮「戒不掉」

日本經典組合「恰克與飛鳥」成員飛鳥涼涉吸毒案，28日東京地方法院首度開庭審理，飛鳥涼對檢方提訴罪狀全都坦承，最終陳述時，毒齡長達20年的他為吸毒謝罪：「雖想戒卻戒不掉，非常抱歉。」

昨開審的法庭與另２位涉毒藝人酒井法子、押尾學開庭地點相同，21席旁聽席開放民眾抽選，法院為避免混亂，特將抽選地點移到附近日比谷公園內，一早就有民眾大排長龍，共2646人爭搶、中籤率僅有１/126；雖人數眾多，但未打破2009年酒井法子涉毒開庭時，6615人爭搶旁聽席的紀錄。

對於飛鳥涼５月在自家持有、吸食毒品，檢方求處３年有期徒刑，辯方律師承認起訴內容並為他爭取緩刑，判決將於９月12日宣判。
