第六集 國土交通省的栗山大臣到管制中心視察，栗山有一個體恤員工的心，讓結城(時任三郎飾) 感到很欣慰。栗山當天要和總理一起去澳洲參加APEC部長會議，他承諾回來後會請結城去 辦公室，了解管制工作現場的需求。沒想到，飛機起飛不久，栗山就因為連日睡眠不足而 腦梗塞，陷入重度昏迷。雖然機上的醫生進行急救，還是得盡快返回羽田機場送醫急救， 於是飛行員向管制中心請求緊急降落，沒想到這天因為風大關閉了一條跑道...
