總座遭起訴 南紡：不影響營運

（中央社記者張建中新竹3日電）南紡副董事長兼總經理侯博明涉嫌內線交易，遭台南地檢署起訴。南紡表示，侯博明將全力配合司法審理，對營運並無影響。

檢方調查，侯博明於民國102年8月28日得知聚陽實業旗下子公司，將以每股0.8美元價格，收購南紡子公司「南方紡織責任有限公司」50%股權，隨即於翌日買進南方紡織股票300張，估計獲利新台幣221萬9215元。

檢方偵查終結，今天依違反證券交易法對侯博明提起公訴。不過，考量侯博明在偵查中自白犯行，且繳出犯罪所得，建議法官減輕其刑。

南紡表示，目前尚未接獲起訴通知，不過，侯博明已委任律師研商配合調查，後續也將全力配合司法審理。南紡指出，對營運並無影響。1031003
