標題[心情] 三大有線電視

家住南彰化，有線電視不得已選三大。 最近一個星期，用數位機上盒觀看像HBO、衛視西片台、 國興衛視、緯來系列、東森洋片台、FOX系列.....ETC。 都會出現大量馬賽克..... 打客服電話 8233999 五天中打十次只成功接通一次 然後客服竟然說出非常令人無言的答辯.... 說什麼因為夏分、秋分時節，太陽影響衛星訊號........ 可以請議長少去幾次酒店，把錢花在提昇機房設備上嗎？...... 另外，想問難道沒有別家比較有良心的有線電視公司可以在南彰化開設嗎？ 還有，有什麼單位可以投訴的嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.26.213.112 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ChangHua/M.1412343319.A.2CD.html
