建立在自然／人工對立二分框架下的評價，崇尚自然而貶抑人工，其實同樣是藉由一己之主觀片面否定不符合自己審美標準的女性面孔：唯有維持天生自然的外貌，才是個人自主的表現，而凡是以外力人工改變自身面孔，則被指為讓渡了自主性，成為受迫於男性凝視或者文化工業審美標準的受害者。因而，這類論點，與主流媒體並無二致，同樣無需考量主體自身感受（主體是否因為整形而獲得更高的自滿、自信），只是將「標準」進行置換（置換成「自然」與否），這是兩種反應背後牢不可破的共識，也揭示了兩種說法雖在表面上對立互斥，其實卻是「厭女」跟「厭女」的延伸變形。（閱讀全文）
