嘉縣查賄 村長參選人夫婦收押

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義18日電）嘉義縣一名村長參選人涉嫌以每票新台幣500元賄選，檢察官以參選人夫婦犯嫌重大，且有共犯待查，今晚向法院聲押禁見獲准。

嘉義地檢署指出，檢察官侯德人今天根據情資，指揮嘉義縣警察局水上分局、嘉義縣調查站查獲賄選案件，傳喚涉案村長參選人夫婦2人、選民10人到案。

警調並搜索一處地點，查扣賄選金額4500元，今晚由檢察官複訊後，向嘉義地方法院聲請羈押禁見；10名選民於訊後均請回。

嘉義地方法院發言人林坤志今晚指出，這對村長參選夫婦坦承買票，且有證人指證，犯嫌重大。由於本案尚有共犯待查，被告有勾結共犯之虞，因此由法官裁定羈押禁見。1031118
