請問各位高手2015年2月北海道行程規劃

我預定2015年2月北海道自由行
行程規劃參考版友行程如下

2/21: 桃園到新千歲/ JR到札幌

2/22: 特急旭山動物園號 / 層雲霞住宿

2/23: 層雲峽--＞上川流冰特急鄂霍次克之風號 / 破冰船

2/24: 流冰慢車號(網走-->知床斜里）/ Bus(知床斜里-->標茶) / SL冬季濕園號

2/25: 釧路回札愰 / 晚上看雪祭

2/26回台灣

不知這樣行程安排明年是否可行
冬季特殊車次要事先預定嗎
我是定航空公司機加酒三天二夜行程
