「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」含有違法色素二甲基黃，桃園縣今天稽查下游兩家業者，並在現場查獲91.5箱產品，已要求辦理回收。

桃園縣政府衛生局下午表示，有關台南市芊鑫實業社販售的「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」，經衛生福利部食品藥物管理署檢出含有違法色素二甲基黃。

衛生局在獲報後，立即前往查核桃園縣內下游業者「林三奇」及「瑋順行」，現場查獲芊鑫豆製品乳化劑共計91.5箱，衛生局已責令兩家業者停止販售，並立即通知下游客戶停止使用「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」及辦理回收。

衛生局呼籲豆製品業者如有使用到「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」，應立即停止使用並退回原購買廠商，並落實向衛生局自主通報，通報內容包含製成產品品名、規格、批號與有效日期及數量等資訊，並辦理自主回收作業，且亦應通報回收品名及數量。(中央社)
