美國1名老翁生殖器受到感染，健康管理公司卻對他不理不睬，使他無法及時動手術，導致陰莖斷掉。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，現年92歲的柯林斯(Rupert Collins)表示，他的生殖器內裝有導尿管，去年7月出現紅腫的狀況，醫院寫信給保險公司，希望可以盡快處理讓柯林斯進行手術，沒想到2天後醫院召開病情會議，保險公司未派人員出席。

柯林斯表示，導線管問題沒解決，保險公司不理會，導致醫院無法幫他開刀，知後女兒幫他檢查陰莖，卻發現莖斷了一分為二，讓他非常憤怒。

柯林斯對保險公司提出訴訟，但保險公司對於柯林斯的指控全面否認。
