檢調搜桃園工務局 帶回5人偵訊

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園29日電）新屋保齡球館大火造成6警消殉職，球館涉違建案，桃園檢調今天搜索桃園工務局、新屋區公所等，帶回部分資料及5人偵訊。

桃園市新屋保齡球館大火造成6名警消殉職，檢警調查，新屋保齡球館是逾20年既成違建，又違反土地分區使用及營業法規，桃園地檢署調查，新屋區公所（改制前的新屋鄉公所）曾向工務局舉報球館違建。

桃園地檢署今天指揮市調處搜索桃園市府工務局、新屋區公所等多處，調查有無疏失違法，並詢問相關人員，也帶回承辦人員及課長，還有相關資料。

對此，桃園市政府表示，新屋保齡球館涉及違建一案，市府以坦然的態度全力配合檢方調查，不遮掩、不保留，將所有的問題呈現。桃園市府的行政調查報告完成後，也將完整移交檢方，釐清行政部門處理本案的過程，並且作為未來改革的依據。1040129
