南投縣政府警察局信義分局29日上午9點30分舉辦和社派出所所長交接典禮，卸任所長許晉誠調升南投縣政府警察局後勤科警務員，新任所長由信義警分局信義派出所副所長林詠洲接任。

社區治安的良窊與派出所主管的作為及機關與地方綿密互動息息相關，信義警分局分局長王美娟表示，希望透過交接典禮的儀式，表達對地方的尊重，並透過此次交接典禮能增進警民互動，典禮會場簡單隆重的儀式，讓新任年輕林所長感受長官的重視與地方人士的期許。

典禮出席來賓包括台大實驗林和社營林區主任及高岳營林區主任，鄉民代表、桐林國小校長、社區理事長、警友辦事處主任、山警隊長、山警顧問團長、義消分隊長及地方志工、士紳等，鄉民代表陳錦榮在典禮會場致詞，表示許所長在任期間對於地方治安之貢獻，表達感謝及肯定之外，並允諾全力支持新任林所長，共同維護轄區治安及交通，山警隊長胡錦龍首次出席新任所長交接典禮，致詞中對分局用心辦理新任所長交接典禮，成為地方重要盛事，感到非常榮耀，更讓參與來賓均感到警察治安、交通及服務民眾的用心及重視。
