標題[請益] 機車停車被用倒 ..

小弟在中和環球附近上班 一如往常停在室外機車停車格裡 下班去牽車時 發現機車和隔壁的車子一起倒在旁邊 牽出來發現機車有多處刮傷 當下就報警了 剛好那地方有大樓監視器 不過警察是說問我要不要告對方 我是回說 要先找到人才能決定要怎麼做 現在問題就是警察去幫忙調監視器 而我只是先留個人資料等候通知 想問各位版友 警察先生是跟我說 我必須先告對方 他們找到人才有辦法傳喚 我是說找到人 要看對方是否有誠意和解 我的問題是我真的必須先告對方嗎? 因為跑法院什麼的 很麻煩 也沒那麼多時間 能雙方和解是最好 請問我因該怎麼做?? ps:今天去問車行 如果整台機車殼都換掉 少說4000~5000 還有其他不知道車子倒地毀損會發生的小問題 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.78.167 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ShuangHe/M.1423566890.A.C66.html
