手腕皮膚紅紅的 ,突然刺痛

入冬之後某天我發現我的左手手腕處有一塊地方紅紅的
平常只有洗澡沖熱水的時候比較明顯
因為不痛所以我沒理它
直到昨天出門的時候那裏突然開始刺痛
有灼熱感,我沒有在上面塗什麼,他就自己開始痛了
之後我有抹點水在上面,才漸漸不痛了,一直到現在也沒有再痛過
請問是甚麼原因造成的呢?
那邊的皮發摸起來比較粗糙一點,難道是太乾脫皮了?
