一家工會兼慈善團體周二說，麥當勞透過盧森堡分店移轉收入，在歐洲刻意規避了約10億歐元(11.3億美元)的稅。

由2009至2013年的五年間，該大型速食店繳了1600萬歐元的稅，其在法國與德國主要市場餐廳的累計營收為37億歐元，他們在「不樂餐點」的報告中說。

「我們呼籲歐洲委員會及各國稅務當局，還有歐洲議會新成立的稅務特別委員會，仔細調查麥當勞的繳稅行為，並採取適當措施，」美國與歐洲工會兼慈善團體War on Want在發布的聲明中說。
