今天早上，

台中南屯區的三X藝術X地，

有甲從社區大樓頂樓往下一躍，

聽說先撞到私人乙露臺，

再跌落公設的雨遮違建，

送醫後ＧＧ，

請問一下，甲如果是這社區的住戶，那甲的房子算不算凶宅？

甲如果不是這社區的住戶，那甲的房子算不算凶宅！

另外，因為撞到私人乙的露臺，那乙的房子算不算凶宅？

（（ＰＳ：一般人不會知道是撞到哪一戶的露臺，因為不是從他斯人乙家的露臺把甲搬離開！
