瘦竹竿變肌肉男　何潤東食補狂運動

何潤東今早4點半從深圳旋風返台11小時，擔任健身工廠代言人，馬不停蹄又趕在下午5點半的飛機回深圳拍《美麗的秘密》。 何潤東透露8、9年前是竹竿，為了拍內褲廣告開始健身。

他也曾花一個月的時間，天天上健身房2小時，晚上再打籃球，配合高蛋白飲食，體質從20降到5，「我那時剛拍完《只要一分鐘》肉肉的，但接了打拳擊的電影《英雄之戰》不得不練。」（陳幼英/台北報導）
