李述德：證交所擬與中國銀行簽MOU

證交所董事長李述德今天表示，證交所擬與中國銀行簽訂MOU，雙方未來在離岸人民幣中心、人民幣金融商產品的研究開發，以及促進中國企業來台上市等方面合作，且已獲得金管會同意，惟上半年是否會簽訂還不知道。

他表示，未來若業者在證交所發行人民幣商品，必定牽涉人民幣結算，因此證交所希望先打造好平台，「先把高速公路做好，車子就可以開上來。」

至於F股部分，目前是限制陸資持股不能超過30%，但未來5~10年是否仍有此限制，或將來中國企業可否直接來台上市，現在都不知道，但證交所需要先準備好。

對於台股帳跌幅放寬至10%，他說，證交所本身配合沒有問題，證券商調整系統會需要一段時間，目標是希望6月1日可以上路。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
