想問一下昨天回去掃墓，拿回了幾顆石頭是凍的硬梆梆的蔥油餅麵糰姨媽說這是一家很好吃的蔥油餅的店家的麵糰想說放一顆在冷藏解凍剛剛拿出來要壓平的時候，手上就聞到酸酸的味道拿下去一煎~~天阿，冒出來的不是香味是一股酸味兩面稍微煎了一下，在聞還是有點酸酸的這是正常的嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.254.125.237 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1428303390.A.E8F.html
