地牛翻身台鐵列車減速慢行

今天上午9時44分在宜蘭南澳地區發生芮氏規模4.6地震，南澳4級，台鐵表示，路線列車依照地震相關運轉作業規則辦理，宜蘭─和平之間按4級辦理，線上第一班接近車站的列車，立即減速至時速30公里以下，注意前進。台北到新竹之間按3級辦理，接近車站的第一班列車，立即減速至時速60公里以下。

台鐵表示，車站立即通知調度員與前後相鄰車站，待路線安全無虞之後恢復正常行駛，沿線各廠、段及車站，如有災情隨時聯絡行控室。
