汽車使用牌照稅 繳納期限至明日止

賦稅署表示，104年使用牌照稅繳納期限至104年4月30日（星期四）截止。納稅義務人如未接獲繳款書，請儘速向車籍所在地地方稅稽徵機關或監理機關申請補發或查詢。

賦稅署表示，依使用牌照稅法規定，未於規定繳納期間內繳清稅款者，每逾2日按滯納數額加徵1%滯納金（最高加徵15%），且依照同法第28條第1項規定，逾期未完稅之交通工具，在滯納期滿後使用公共道路經查獲者，除須補稅外，將處以應納稅額1倍以下罰鍰，請儘速於期限內繳納，以免逾期受罰。
