標題[問題] 急求解,派遣正職卻用時薪算?

事情是這樣的 得到派遣公司的面試邀約 應徵職位是某電信公司的客服 不過這公司的客服都是委外 所以就算是派遣我也不太介意了 這職位基本該有的福利都有 似乎也可以學習到許多 不過比較驚訝的是薪資部分是以時薪計算 雖然不是以最低時薪算 算下來是約領26K,周休2日(培訓期) 這樣跟一般正職月薪26K,周休2日的有何差別嗎? 想請問這樣領時薪比較吃虧? 已經錄取下禮拜要受訓了 拜託各位大大求解 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 210.61.67.108 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1430383059.A.C74.html
