嘉義太保市後備軍人投入協助地方災復及慰勉官兵

（軍聞社記者卓以立嘉義二日電）「康芮」颱風雖遠離台灣本島，但嘉義地區有些地方淹水後仍滿地泥濘，尤其是太保市北新里溪底寮及第一勞宅附近更是嚴重，嘉義後備指揮部及太保市後備軍人持續協助清理，受到地方民眾肯定。

嘉義後備指揮部指揮官黃芝溪上校率官兵協助居民救災復原、災害申請工作，並由陸軍二００旅五十位官兵支援，加速家園清理工作。

另外，太保市後備軍人輔導中心主任龔海清、秘書楊盛伊等人也主動帶領中心幹部協助救災工作，慰問加入災害搶救的官兵同仁，為「軍愛民、民敬軍」寫下具體註解。
