八月房市交易量 北市重摔逾三成

全台五都8月份房市的買賣移轉棟數陸續出爐，目前已公布的台北市月減32%、台中市月減14%、台南市月減26%，新北市及高雄市稍晚可望公布。

業者認為，受到奢侈稅政策議題未定案的影響，使買盤趨觀望，此外，因農曆七月的民俗禁忌，也使不少交易提前或延後過戶，使8月的交易量各都普遍呈現明顯衰退的情形。
