【劉昌松／台北報導】茂矽集團前負責人胡洪九被控挪用、侵占茂矽資金約4.8億餘萬元，利用倍利國際證券公司在海外設立的紙上公司洗錢，涉嫌違反《證券交易法》，一審胡遭判刑4年，但高院下午改判胡洪九無罪。
