胡洪九改判無罪　台高檢「審慎研究是否上訴」

【胡守得／台北報導】茂矽集團前負責人胡洪九被控挪用、侵占茂矽資金約4.8億餘萬元，台灣高等法院今天下午改判胡洪九無罪，到庭實行公訴的台灣高檢署書記官陳傳宗表示，「待收到判決書審慎研究後，再決定是否上訴」。
 
胡洪九被控將侵占款項，事後利用倍利國際證券公司在海外設立的紙上公司洗錢，涉嫌違反《證券交易法》，一審胡遭判刑4年，但高院下午4時改判胡洪九無罪。
