男子遭人誣賴性侵男子，獲不起訴

新北市丁姓男子僅因與陳姓男子有債務糾紛，竟向新北地檢署告發陳涉嫌妨害性自主。丁聲稱陳將他一名男性友人迷昏性侵，拍攝性愛光碟，強逼吃屎，切下生殖器等；又將人如性奴隸般關進旅館，讓他的朋友切斷剩餘生殖器企圖自殺，但未成功。

檢察官傳喚被害人，對方表示根本不認識陳，全身上下也好好的；陳姓男子無奈表示與丁有債務糾紛，丁近年來時常亂告他。偵訊後，認定丁所言不足採信，將陳不起訴處分。
