李嘉誠1個月拋售1,574億元資產「棄港投歐」

繼拋售旗下百佳超市與和廣州西城都薈廣場後，香港首富李嘉誠再傳出售上海陸家嘴東方匯經中心商辦的消息。大陸媒體粗估，近一個月來其拋售的資產已高達港幣410億元（約新台幣1,574億元），被指「棄港投歐」的跡象明顯。

21世紀網報導稱，在百佳出售消息沒多久，李嘉誠計劃以人民幣60億元（約新台幣292億元）底價，拍賣上海陸家嘴東方匯經中心OFC商辦大樓的消息不脛而走，而長江實業一直未對此有所回應。有消息人士稱，潛在接盤者可能為中資銀行。

東方匯經中心OFC毗鄰上海中心，緊鄰金茂大廈、環球金融中心。和記黃埔年報鋪路，東方匯經中心OFC佔地9,298平方米，總樓面面積約8萬平方米。

近一個多月裡，李嘉誠旗下的長江實業以及和記黃埔便相繼宣告或將拋售百佳超市、上海陸家嘴東方匯經中心OFC寫字樓和廣州西城都薈廣場和停車場，涉及金額約為港幣410億元。
