找設計師是不是有什麼潛規則？

可能你提的空間要求不是100萬做得起來的,可能落差還差滿大,設計師沒辦法在談下去...

小弟之前也接觸了個客戶,室內約30坪左右要做成美式開放空間規畫,兩間浴室要移位(指定用TOTO),廚具要移位更新(開放式),要有數位家庭影音設備(投影布幕+電動窗簾+燈光....整合),隔間全要重新處理,整間房幾乎要打毛胚再重做

繪製好圖面溝通的也很順暢,客戶的建材要求也不低,

照客戶空間要求最少要一坪7萬以上才有辦法做,

後續客戶提出預算是100萬,另外也講明有幾間的設計師在談

小弟就直接放棄了,預算落差太大,後續要再談的話,設計繪圖時間成本要增加很多.

讓他直接找其他也在談的設計師
