諾基亞售手機事業 改專注網路

（法新社南芬蘭赫爾辛基3日電） 芬蘭手機大廠諾基亞（Nokia）今天宣布，將把旗下手機事業與專利售予微軟，往後業務重心將擺在網路基礎建設與服務方面。

今天宣布的交易預定2014年第1季完成，整筆交易總額54.4億歐元（71.7億美元），包括微軟將以37.9億買下諾基亞裝置與服務（Devices & Services）部門，並以16.5億歐元買下諾基亞專利10年使用權與未來的選擇權，交易案仍須諾基亞股東與監管機關同意。

諾基亞表示，包括芬蘭4700名員工在內，全球約3萬2000名員工將轉至微軟工作，執行長埃洛普立即去職，職位由董事長席拉斯馬（Risto Siilasmaa）暫代。埃洛普與公司高層都將在交易完成後轉至微軟工作，但諾基亞並未詳述他們將在微軟擔任什麼職位。

諾基亞長年領導全球行動市場，不過近年因蘋果（Apple）與三星（Samsung）崛起而被取代，也一直難以推出足以扭轉乾坤的商業模式與行動裝置。

諾基亞表示，這筆交易出售的事業2012年營收約149億歐元，占全公司淨營收近5成。
