SONY Xperia L 買到瑕疵機換貨過程疑問

我在上週五去通訊行賣了SONY XPERIA L空機
上週日發現主相機有3點黑點(就是有瑕疵)
於是拿到通訊行去,因為是在購買的7天之內可以換貨
通訊行的人說要送回去原廠,經過原廠鑑定,確定是
非人為的才能換貨,需要7~12個工作天

我想問的是,原廠寄回來的會不會不是新機
而是把手機的鏡頭修一修而已.....

還有如果換回來的手機一樣有瑕疵,就只能送修了嗎?因為已經過了7天...
還是說換回來的手機,從換到的當下算起還有7天有瑕疵可以換貨?

再來回來的手機顏色會跟我當初購買的一樣嗎?
還是說看廠商那邊有什麼顏色就給什麼的隨機出貨嗎?
