歐盟列「食品詐欺」　橄欖油上榜

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】歐盟議會環境委員會在昨日發表食安危機報告，並點出「食品詐欺」名單，列出10種最容易被黑心商人假造的食品。

報告指出，最易出現欺詐的10種食品，分別是橄欖油、魚類、有機食品、牛奶、穀類、蜂蜜、咖啡及茶、佐料、葡萄酒以及部份果汁。詐欺的現象包括普通麵粉冒充是有機麵粉，工業鹽冒充食鹽，馬肉冒充牛肉，豬大腸冒充魷魚圈等。

報告更指出，歐洲食品工業界的「食品欺詐」現象正在增加中，要求加強對食品工業界的檢查及懲罰。
