拍《我愛黑手》拿不到錢　導演提告勝訴

【劉志原╱台北報導】導演潘志遠2012年間與禾田電影公司合作，計畫籌拍電影《我愛黑手》，期間一度傳出有意找《甄嬛傳》中飾演溫太醫的張曉龍擔任男主角，但片沒拍完，雙方就鬧上法院，潘志遠指控，禾田付第一期片酬30萬元後，未依約付第二期款項60萬元，台北地院今判禾田應依約付款60萬元；仍可上訴。

潘志遠指出，雙方簽約明定片酬為300萬元，合作期間為2012年10月至2013年10月，他收到第一期款項後，即開始選角、勘景，並將企劃案送台中市政府及金門縣政府審核，但禾田卻未依約在2012年3月付第二期款。

禾田反駁，雙方是約定，潘志遠要在2013年春節前完成劇本，讓劇組開拍才付第二期款，但他無法如期交出合用劇本，公司才未付錢，法官審理認為，禾田無法證明雙方曾約定完成劇本才付款，判禾田敗訴。
