早知如此何必當初 《Flappy Bird》重新上架遭遇兩大難關

　　先前才報導過《Flappy Bird》作者 Dong Nguyen 正在考慮是否要把遊戲重新在 App Store 與 Google Play 平台上架，現在他可能要打消在 App Store 的上架計畫了，因為根據規範，遊戲名稱不僅拿不回來，在他下架時，名稱還被被其他遊戲公司給註冊了。


原來把遊戲下架，在 App Store 上是件這麼嚴重的事情

　　根據蘋果開發者協定規定，如果把 APP 從 App Store 下架，那麼商品編號與名稱就無法被同一個開發商重新使用。也就是當 Dong Nguyen 把《Flappy Bird》下架的那一刻起，他同時也放棄了《Flappy Bird》在 App Store 上的一切權益。

除非蘋果願意開特例，要不《Flappy Bird》真的會永遠離開  Dong Nguyen

　　而在《Flappy Bird》下架後，開發商 Mobile Media Partners 也提報了一個名為《Flappy Bird》的軟體給 App Store。Mobile Media Partners 首席執行官 Chris Langbein 表示，他們很驚訝 Dong Nguyen 打算把遊戲重新上架，因為通常在過去下架了就是代表沒打算復活他，如果 Dong Nguyen 想把名稱要回去也是可以討論的。不過即便如此，要如何解決蘋果開發者協定的問題，也是 Dong Nguyen 要準備頭痛的，否則他就必須放棄那些過去安裝過《Flappy Bird》的用戶。
