自己社區自己救　集資2千萬買回查封公設

新竹芎林鄉一處社區球場、道路等公設被查封，住戶入住多年才知公設為農地，378戶集資2千萬，買回社區查封地。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，「大矽谷名人山莊」23年前興建，共有378戶，住戶多為竹科人。當年建商建屋時，找來具農民身分的楊姓婦人當人頭，低價購買農地，作為開發社區公共設施用，因此公設土地產權，仍歸楊女所有。

楊女因違反「土地稅法」擅自變更農地用途，裁罰累計達3500多萬元，因無力支付遲未繳納，被移送行政執行署強制執行。前年5月，社區球場、公園綠地等公設一度被行政執行署查封。近400名住戶集資以2200多萬元分批買回，每戶均攤3萬至40萬元不等。該社區是竹苗地區首宗由住戶合力買回公設的個案。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
