新北市衛生局今天公布抽驗市售「手搖杯飲料及冰沙」結果，「田季發爺」三重店初、複驗均不合格，將開罰並要求改善。

衛生局指出，日前針對市售「手搖杯飲料及冰沙」產品進行抽驗，「田季發爺三重店」初驗不合格，要求限期改善；複檢時共抽驗50件，「田季發爺」仍不合格。

衛生局，複驗「田季發爺三重店」店內販售的自製「雀巢檸檬C」檢出大腸桿菌群高於標準、生菌數也高於標準，都不合衛生規定 。

衛生局表示，由於初複驗結果均未過關，將依違反食品安全衛生管理法處新台幣3萬元以上300萬元以下罰鍰，並要求改善。

衛生局科長林冠蓁指出，生菌數、大腸桿菌群及大腸桿菌數值為產品的衛生指標，如超過規定限量值，代表食品遭受汙染，原因可能為水質不良、製造場所衛生欠佳、成品儲存不妥、員工個人衛生不良或食物容器洗滌不潔等所致。(中央社)
